Inclusion of Groups in User Drop-Down List for Enhanced Communication Efficiency in the Communicator Application

In the Communicator application, a powerful tool utilized by dealership users for seamless and streamlined communication with both their customers and internal team members, an enhancement has been requested. When initiating a new conversation, we propose the inclusion of Groups in the user drop-down list to which messages can be sent. This enhancement aims to facilitate efficient communication not only with individual customers but also with specific groups within the dealership.
