Change Request: Improving Text Message Syntax and Personalization for Service Appointment Confirmations

I would like to address a redundancy issue in the outgoing text message syntax used for service appointment confirmations. Currently, the initial message includes the line "Message From %this dealer%," followed by "See link for appointment confirmation from %this dealer%." It is unnecessary to repeat the dealer's name in the subsequent line. To enhance clarity and conciseness, I propose eliminating the repetition of the dealer's name in the second line.

Furthermore, there is a request to enhance the personalization of the Service Greeting. Currently, the initial syntax lacks a personalized touch. Therefore, I suggest implementing the capability to customize the greeting, allowing dealers to tailor it to individual customers. This customization feature will add a personal touch to the service experience and foster stronger customer relationships.

By implementing these improvements, we can ensure a more streamlined and personalized communication process for service appointment confirmations, eliminating redundant information and enhancing customer engagement.
