Right now, the Communicator web app doesn't have a way to let users know when there are new messages or tasks waiting for them when they're not actively using the app. It's really important for the dealership staff who use Communicator to be able to respond to customer messages quickly, within a reasonable amount of time. To make things better and provide a faster response time for customers, it's essential for dealership employees to receive notifications for any pending activities within the Communicator app.
