Make the license plate a mandatory field on Work Orders.

I would like to have an option to make a license plate number a mandatory field when ever we write a work order, similar to how tag number is required today. There must be an option to entre blank, as some vehicle really don't have plates on them. Having it be a mandatory field will ensure the information is on the technicians copy to help them locate the vehicle and manufacturers require all warranty work orders to have the plate number. This would eliminate user error when they put in the incorrect information or omit it by mistake.
