Allow for manual appointments in the Sales Appointment calendar.

Add the capability to create a manual appointment with the "Sales Appointment" section within the XSellerator. This will allow users to book deliveries around sales appointments, so that staff are not being double booked. The idea would replace other Sales scheduling tools such as Outlook.
