QuorumDMS Core Utilization Report for Customer Success and Account Management

We are excited to introduce the QuorumDMS Core Utilization report, designed for both Q Analytics and Q Insights users. This report aims to support the Customer Success and Account Management teams in assessing how effectively customers are utilizing our core software, QuorumDMS. By analyzing utilization data, we can identify areas that require focus or training, ultimately reducing the risk of churn and improving overall customer satisfaction.

Purpose and Information Included:

The QuorumDMS Core Utilization report serves the following purposes and includes the following information:

  • Usage Assessment: The report provides a comprehensive analysis of how well customers are utilizing our core software. It highlights the extent of their engagement and identifies any areas that may require additional focus or training.

  • Churn Risk Identification: Low utilization is often an indicator of potential churn, as it suggests customers are not effectively utilizing certain features or aspects of the software.
