We propose the creation of an Uptime report specifically designed for Quorum's suite of products, including DMS Core, QCloud, DealerMine, DMS Web, Autovance, and Accessible Accessories. This report is intended for internal use only by Quorum (Q Insights) and will serve as a valuable tool for quickly determining the uptime of a selected environment within a specified timeframe.
Purpose and Information Included:
The primary purpose of this report is to provide stakeholders with a comprehensive overview of the uptime for Quorum's products. It will be based on data recorded in the Outage Tracker Spreadsheet, which is currently used in the Infrastructure -> Outage Report. The Uptime report will showcase the following key information:
Uptime Percentage: The report will display the percentage of time during the selected timeframe that the environment remained operational and accessible to users.
Downtime Events: It will list any recorded downtime events, specifying the start and end times, duration, and associated product(s) affected.
Environment Selection: Users will have the ability to choose a specific environment from the available options, such as production, staging, or testing, to view the uptime details for that particular environment.
