Access Historical Data and Track Issue Resolutions for "IO Parts Received Does Not Equal Posted"

I would love to have an improved QAnalytics report that builds upon the existing "IO Parts Received Does Not Equal Posted" Flex Report. With this enhanced report, I want the ability to not only analyze the current state of parts received and posted discrepancies but also look back at historical data to understand past performance and see how issues were resolved.

Key Features:

  • Historical Data Analysis: It would be great if I could select a specific date or time range to view the "IO Parts Received Does Not Equal Posted" discrepancies from the past. Having access to historical data would help me identify trends, patterns, and recurring issues that may have impacted our operations.

  • Date Stamp Tracking: It would be extremely helpful if the report included a date stamp tracking feature. This way, I can easily see when specific discrepancies were addressed, allowing me to track the progress of issue resolution and understand how long it took to resolve each problem.

  • Customization Options: I would like the ability to customize the report based on my specific needs. It would be convenient to choose different time intervals, apply filters to narrow down the data, and have the option to export reports in various formats for further analysis or sharing with my team.

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive Analysis: Having access to historical data and the ability to analyze past discrepancies would empower me to identify root causes and take proactive measures to improve operational efficiency.

  • Trend Analysis: By reviewing historical data, I can spot recurring issues and track improvements over time, enabling me to make informed decisions and implement targeted solutions.

  • Transparency and Accountability: The date stamp tracking feature would provide transparency and accountability by documenting when discrepancies were addressed. This would help foster a culture of continuous improvement and support performance evaluation.
