Outbound Appointment Credit

Currently, if a Rep is working through the Call Select (outbound calls), and the Customer indicates they want to book the appt at another store, that appt counts as an inbound appt since you now have to do a search to get the customer profile at the other location.

We still want these appts to count as outbound appts even if the Rep has to end up creating a new file or searching for that Customer at the other location.

Perhaps if a search is done within a certain timeframe of inquiring a customer (using the same phone/email that is on that profile) it can count it as an outbound appt still?
