Fetch Datasource: ServiceHistory (Field: LastRoDate/RoDate Open/Closed Logic)

We've identified an issue where some customers are not receiving a batch we have setup via fetch. The issue is because we are using "LastRODate" and "RODate" in the fetch query, but this refers to the RO OPEN date when we are tryiing to target the RO closed date. There is currently no way to target the RO CLOSED date via fetch.

Please add ROClosedDate and LastROClosedDate to fetch in the following sources:

Customer Vehicles (RO Date (Open) is already there but Last RO Date is not)
Appointment History (This already includes both RO Open fields + RO Closed Date, just need to add Last RO Closed Date)

All Customers (Last RO Date is already there, just add Last Closed RO Date)
Recall (Last RO Date is already there, just add Last Closed RO Date)
Sold Vehicle Data (Last RO Date is already there, just add Last Closed RO Date)
Declined/Deferred(This already includes both RO Open fields + RO Closed Date, just need to add Last RO Closed Date)

Customers on Call Select (Last RO Date is already there, just add Last Closed RO Date)
Service History (This already includes both RO Open fields, need to add Last RO Closed Date and RO Closed Date)

Import Data (Last RO Date is already there, just add Last Closed RO Date)
Contact History (Last RO Date is already there, just add Last Closed RO Date)

Basically, anywhere "Last RO Date" exists we should add "Last Closed RO Date" and anywhere "RO Date" exists we should add "RO Closed Date"
