Call Log Not Reflecting Time Zone

Currently the Database Call Log reflects the time zone in PST by default, regardless of which timezone the stores are in. Presumably this is because you can filter to ALL so when displaying ALL, the timezones would need to be consistent, and PST is the providers defaults timezone. I believe it's more important for the time zone to be accurate than being able to filter ALL, so my request is to only be able to filter by a single store and branch at a time, and for the time zone of the calls displayed to reflect the time zone of the individual rooftop being displayed.
