Reporting for Recall Integration

Currently, DealerMine does not have reporting for Recall Integration. Here are some potential report components to consider:

• Store-Level Totals: Recall Button requests and unique VIN searches, broken down by user

• Appointments Booked: Tracking appointments scheduled for vehicles identified with recalls

• Performance Metrics: Displaying % utilization or ROI for recall-related activity

As a BDC Manager its importing to know users are using a tool and we can gauge the profit to the cost off all applications.
