I want to know how many customers have opted out of texting after receiving the marketing text message
We need to have the following fields add to Data Source-Contact History. Turn Off Date, Turn Off User and Turn Off Reason So that we can pull the data or configure the fields
I have had a customer request for YTD opt outs and am unable to fetch the data without the missing fields. They are looking for both email and text
