Appointment History (Appointment Re-creation)

It would be a huge time saver to have a hyperlink embedded on the “Appt Hist” tab for past appointments that need to be recreated. After a customer is a no show and the appt is deleted then we have to recreate the appointment from scratch. The only hurdle I can think of is if the past appointment did not have a VIN associated with it as the system cleans up. So if the stipulation could be that we have to have a VIN to be able to have this function work. This also could help with Repeat repairs/Return concerns.
