Batch schedule Time Zones Should Read from Store Setup

I need to be able to schedule batches across time zones and have the options in the drop down to be either wide open and follow business rules or be the time zone of the dealership not my computer time zone.

Please add some kind of flag so rather than reading the time zone from the user, it can be selected or read directly from the store in question
