Display Draft Appointments on Schedule

During a recent CDK Degraded Services incident, DealerMine gave the ability to display "draft" appointments within specified Time Slots to avoid overbooking the Appointment Schedule. This would be beneficial throughout a given day, but also during outages and could be flagged/color coordinated and treated as a Transportation item when selected to highlight said "drafts". This was well received during the CDK Cyber Incident so definite "value add".
