Fetch: Add RO Mileage to Service History Data Source

When using fetch to pull RO data, I cannot get any data around the RO mileage. You can specify LAST RO MILEAGE but that is just a single number. For example, if I want to pull All ROs within a date range, I want to see the RO mileage for each RO in the results.
