Currently, if an appt exists on a day that is full, if you try and update it you can update an opcode successfully, but if you try and change the transportation type, or anything else on the right side of the book appt window, it does not allow the update to be processed due to the day being full. Please allow this.
You have always been able to and, remove or edit a customer request (opcode) on an existing appt where the date is now full. However, changing the time, transportation type or advisor/team causes a refresh of the system and it then applies the preventions which is why it blocks the update. It's not that changing those things has anything to do with the day being full, it's just the way it was designed to work a long time ago so it's logic we would have to update to change this behaviour.
So has has that changed I have been able to do that over the 15 years I wanted to add a request from the cust to the appointment .Dont see what change the transport mode has todo with the day being full .
