Change Default Web Lead Duplicate Search Days

Currently, the search for duplicate channels defaults to 10 days here:

and 30 days here:

However, the defaults cannot be changed which creates a ton of redundancy re-typing the parameters every time to search for duplicates.

Please allow these defaults to be set to something different.
