Delete Holidays

You are able to add as many holidays as you want in holiday blocking but are unable to delete any. 

If someone adds a second one for the same day in error, the only thing you can do is move it over to the unblocked column. 

We should have the ability to delete holidays, especially if they were one off’s and have past.
