Dealerinspire Online Chat Leads Formatting

Are we able to reformat the comments section in chat leads so they are more easily readable?

Currently, they come in looking like:

On reviewing the @dealerinspire.com leads, DealerMine does not recognize the actual formatting within the Lead Details (Comments) section as per the actual lead details when selecting Web Leads (Tab) > New Leads > right clicking and selecting "Parse Lead" where you'll see the properly formatted conversation. It's extremely hard to read, all lumped together and could definitely be more legible.
