Fetch Datasource Function (Open WIP)

When building a Fetch within Datasource: Customer Vehicles there is an Open Appt Count (0)., but can a "Open WIP" function be added to ensure end-users do not market towards those customers in for service (WIP)

E.g. "Email" LIKE @ and "Last RO Date" = "AddDaysToCurrent(-160)" and "Open Appt Count" <= 0 and "Open WIP" = 0
