Traffic Log Collapse Grouping by Default

When using the Grouping dropdown in the traffic log, we would like the groups to be collapsed by default. Currently they are expanded. When looking at the Work Plan > Follow Ups, when the grouping is turned on, it is collapsed by default. We would like the same, consistent functionality on the Traffic Log.
