Customer Search: Allow Multiple Fields Entered Where Results Only Need to Match One

Please improve the search screen to bring back more results that could be possible matches.

As an example, I was searching for my own name. I used a phone number, first name, last name and email address and the results were "No Customers Found".

I would like you to return other files that match ANY of the fields entered rather than matching ALL fields, which appears to currently be the case. This will ensure I don't end up creating new files unnecessarily.
