Purchased Here and Still Owns Should be Yes if Purchased at any Store/Branch in the DB

When running the following Fetch:

ApptDate  >=  "AddDaysToCurrent(0)" and ApptDate  <=  "AddDaysToCurrent(3)" 

It is showing "No" under Purchased Here and Still Owns

This was purchased at a different branch but still on of our locations. I would like to see it say "Yes" because it was purchased at another branch for the same group.
