Quorum Integration: Send Contact and Message Preferance When Creating Customer in DealerMine

When I create a customer in DealerMine, it defaults the contact preference to nothing when it can be set to:

Cell Phone = “C”
Email = “E”
Fax = “F”
Home Phone = “H”
Letter = “L”
Work Phone = “W”

There is also a message preference that is always being set to text, when there are several options in the DMS:

Text = “2”
Email = “1”
None = “4”

Please can we be given the option inside DM to set these to the customers preference.

Anything already set in the DMS should also carry over
