Option to Select Driver for Service Appointments

In PBS, users have the ability to choose the driver that is bringing the vehicle in for service by clicking on the drop down arrow after the customer's name and then choosing the correct name:

This is important to help with CSI scores because then emails and texts would go out to the person that brought the vehicle in, not the person whose name is on the file. We would need the ability to have up to 3 names/contact info on any VIN.

Considerations:

What happens if one person on the file opts out of a contact method or type, but the other person does not opt out. How will turn offs be dealt with based on multiple people on a file?
