Limiting Shuttles by Hour

The dealership would like to be able to limit shuttles per hour like we do for waiters on the appointment schedule. With the lack of available vehicles and restrictions that resulted from covid with reduced passengers in their shuttle vehicles they find that there is a longer wait time between shuttle rides. They'd like to be able to limit the shuttles to 1 per hour but currently we can only limit them for the day.
