Quorum Integration: Filtering Out Expired Opcodes

OpCodes in Quorum can have a use flag set, or an expiry date. Currently, DealerMine is not accounting for these, meaning appts booked in DealerMine can use invalid OpCodes in Quorum. Need t update integration to account for these settings, which are available via API.
