Please allow the ability to automatically redirect customers within Telephony if they are waiting in the Queue for longer than 30 secs.
I would like a setting within Telephony where I can set a time (say, 30 seconds), where if a caller is waiting greater than this amount of time, the call would redirect to a different phone number. This would be a number set by the dealer, and is a number outside the BDC/Telephony, likely a receptionist at the dealer, or a service advisor etc...
