CDK Integration: Add Contact History Entry When Appt Updated in DMS

When an existing appt is changed in CDK, we do not see that change in the contact history in DealerMine. We can see this with Reynolds stores but not CDK stores.

I would like DealerMine to write a statement in the contact history that the appt was changed in the DMS. HI don't care if you can't capture what user did it just that it was changed - just like you do in Reynolds stores.

The original appt shows the original appt date in contact history. The open appt shows the changed appt date as it should. The appt history shows that the appt has been changed to the new appt date. However, in the contact history it still looks like the appt is for the original date as there is no entry to show that anything has changed.
