Change Loaner Schedule to Display All Transportation Types on Appt Booking Screen

Please change the "Loaner Schedule" button on the appt booking screen/popup to instead be called "Transportation Schedule". When clicking it, there should be a drop down that allows you to select any of the transportation options set up in transportation config. Currently, only loaners show but would like an option to see it for all options so it's easy to see, at a glance, what days are booked or close to booked for different options since there are more than just loaners that have limits and exceptions.

Currently, the schedule shows dates, followed by how many slots are available for that type for each day, followed by how many are booked vs how many are allowed. For example, it might say:
3/21/22 3 available Using 3 of 6

The only transportation options that should show are ones that have limits assigned. As in, in transportation config, the "Max Appointments" box is NOT null/blank.

Note, Loaner should display as is, and waiter should first read from "Waiter Times" in "Shop Hours". If that isn't setup, then it should ready from Max Appts in Trans config like all the others
