Break Up Bigger Jobs Over Multiple Days

I would like the ability to break up bigger jobs on the appointment schedule without having to book multiple appointments that mess with AC's stats and end up going to No Shows. If I book an engine job, as an example, I would like to be able to break it up into 8 hours (Monday) / 8 hours(Tuesday) and 4 hours (Wednesday) as that tech will be working on the job for many days. With the current setup I have to book off Monday 20 hours and that is messing with the shops target hours and always causes over bookings the rest of the days, or I have to book many small appointments that go to no show and case issues with AC's calling on missed appointments and miss appointment being left in the system.
