I know the system has the ability to pull the appointment list and show how many hours are on a specific appointment however it doesn't give us this field in fetch to be able to pull a report.
When you view the Service Report > Appointment Lists > Appointment Schedule Detail for next day appointments, it will display the operations hours, but when I pull a Fetch under the Source: Appointment History there is no option within Configured Fields to add Est/Actual Hours, can this be added?
