From the appointment scheduler it shows the number of max appointments & max hours for the day, if you hover over the max appointments or hours, it will give you a little popup screen that will show a total of Appointment counts & RO counts.
Issue: I want to have a way to break down the appointments/Hours on the Appointment Schedule to reflect if they are CWI work.
Reason To Escalate: We do not have the option to show a total of appts/op ROs for customer pay, internal pay or warranty pay. I would like you to be able to break down similar to the picture below:
I would also like the ability to see a graph of the services booked or opcodes on RO's which are CWI to better view the work in the shop and manage the work flow:
