I would like to have a sort option that allows the dealership to include only Service BDC agents that are currently marked as active in DM and scrub out the rest. Like a checkbox that would allow inclusion or exclusion of inactive users. Ex: If you run the AM Summary for a year over year comparison, it will pull all active users within that time frame, not just the current active users.
