Exclude Contact Types from Call Select

Would be a great option to have the ability to exclude various call types from call select in Store Specifications, rather than only being able to deal with it at a user level. For example, our reps work multiple stores, but as a BDC, we only do SPORD calls for 3-4 stores. So Agent 1 might work stores A, B, C & D but only store D requires SPORD calls to be done, meaning Agent 1 needs SPORD access, but not for store D. So would be great to be able to manipulate what call types are active in call select at a store level.
