Linking Opcodes is a very time consuming process, especially since there are so many of them. To help lighten the load, some suggestions are:
In the opcode utilization screen we want to add additional filters to allow staff or customers to filter the list more easily, such as:
1. Last time used as a date range to filter on
2. Filter on Linked To so can filter down to only show unlinked opcodes
3. Filter times used so you can enter a value that would only display codes used greater than that number of times
Also, it would great to have a flag or check box on the opcode to indicate if it is a maintenance item or not and this box would get checked when synced with the DMS (specifically Quorum DMS as there is a category field there that tracks the type of opcode it is and there is a maintenance category).We would then want to also be able to filter of this flag so we could display only opcodes listed as Maintenance.
