When several items are added in Menu, this will introduce a scroll bar and the items at the bottom are cut off from view. This does not look good when printed for the customer. They cannot see all items. (screenshot attached)
In other programs I have used in the past, the columns were designed to “fit to the space” - this allowed for more detailed descriptions.
