When manually adding accessories within a deal inside of Desk, the gross is defaulted to N/A and has to be switched over to sales. The customer would like to have an option to have manually added accessories to automatically default to a sales gross type.
This feature is planned to be included on our next Autovance release, scheduled for August 9th.
Once that release ships, our support team (support@autovance.com) can help get this setting enabled for any interested dealers.
