Lock a Deal, Clone a Deal

It would be a great help to our busy dealership to be able to lock a quote. We often build a quote with a particular vehicle and add in accessories and protection items. Our Sales Team will refer to this quote, and sometimes mistakenly change it.

We would like to be able to designate certain quotes as locked - whether that is a flag or status on that deal that can only be changed by someone with permission to do so.

It would also be great if our team could look at a locked quote, and then clone it and start their own quote copied from that reference quote. They could then take their new deal and edit it as they see fit, but the original reference quote is unchanged.
