Update Deal While Customer is Viewing Menu

When presenting Menu to a customer on screen, I am unable to update the deal without the customer seeing. If I open Autovance on a separate computer and make changes there, the updates are not loading on the one in front of the customer. I would like to be able to present Menu to a customer, and then refresh it in front of them to see changes that have been applied.
