Indicate Tax Included in Lease Payments

Being able to see an indication whether a lease payment in Desk view includes taxes or not.

There may have multiple people viewing a deal, and one may turn the "include tax" flag off. Another salesperson may then be discussing the deal with a customer and not realize that the payment shown doesn't include the tax.
