Enforce minimum leased amount

Taken from the GM Incentive Summary Chart:

Leases will be denied by GMF if the balance is <$2500. For example, on a $40,000 sale with a $20,000 residual, customers cannot put $18,000 down, resulting in ~$2000 leased (minus interest). Many other lease lenders have similar limitations, such as Ford.

We also believe that Honda has a requirement for $1,000 as the minimum lease amount.

I would like Autovance to enforce this requirement so that we do not accidentally quote leases that cannot be completed.
