Make some fields mandatory on the Customer Information section when creating a quote

Some Dealership's like to have certain fields filled out when their employees create quotes. As the fields aren't mandatory, it is hard to make them remember to fill them in. Because they are not filled it, it causes a slow down when trying to figure out what quote is for which vehicle.
