Setting a 2nd Labour rate by vehicle

The Corvette and EV Vehicles have different labour rates, than the regular GM vehicles. Rather than doing overrides on the accessories (some fit more than Corvette/EV, it would be nice to be able to set a labour rate specific to a vehicle.

This may be so for other OEM's as well.
