Pull Declined Work from DealerBuilt

I would like to have the ability to pull decline/ refusals information from DealerBuilt. We are currently pulling from API, But in the near future all stores will be moving away from AutoPoint. Please let me know if this is doable

Dealerbuilt: Sync Turn Offs

DM's Store Setup Turn Off options (e.g.) (1) Turn On/Off DMS Customer Contact Recognition (2) Push DealerMine Turn Offs to DMS (3)Sync Turn Offs Right now only 1 and 2 are working. I would like to use Option #3 so we can be consistent with DBT.
